Обзор квалификационных требований для участия в ЧЕ-2009

Чемпионат Европы по конным пробегам, который состоится в Ассизи (Италия) 26 сентября 2009 года, имеет набор минимальных квалификационных требований, которым должны отвечать все участники.

Как мы знаем, с 2009 года вступили в действие новые международные правила ФЕИ по конным пробегам, которые определяют очень непростую (для большинства российских спортсменов) квалификацию на чемпионаты Европы и мира. Но для чемпионатов 2009 года решено применить т.н. "переходную процедуру", т.е. оставить старые требования прошлой редакции международных правил.

1. To be qualified to participate in any Championship or any other CEI 4* ride, a rider/horse as a combination has to have successfully completed a CEI 3* (or above) ride, the combination, in doing so, meeting the parameters and conditions as defined in Art 4 below. This minimum qualification must be achieved within 24 months prior to the closing date of nominated entry.
2. If the rider/horse has not qualified as a combination per Art 1 above, to be qualified to participate in any Championship or any other CEI 4* ride, a horse has to have successfully completed a CEI 3* (or above) ride, the horse, in doing so, meeting the parameters and conditions as defined in Art 4 below. This minimum qualification must be achieved within 24 months prior to the closing date for nominated entry.
If the rider/horse has not qualified as a combination per Art 1 above, to be qualified to participate in any Championship or any other CEI 4* ride, the rider has to have successfully completed 3 endurance rides (at least one of them a CEI 3* (or above) ride, the rider, in doing so, meeting the parameters and conditions as defined in Art 4 below. This minimum qualification must be achieved within 24 months prior to the closing date for nominated entry.
3. For national events to be considered as qualifiers, at least one International FEI Judge must be on the Ground Jury. NFs wishing to use national events as qualifiers must, prior to the event, advise the FEI of the International Judge which the NF wishes to appoint. The International FEI Judge at national events, which are used as qualifiers for Championships, must be foreign and approved prior to the event by the FEI.
4.The rider/horse must:
1. Successfully complete the ride(s) (as defined above) equal to, or greater than, the published Championship or CEI 4* distance (5kms tolerance allowed).
2. Successfully complete the ride(s) (as defined above) in a ride time equal to, or less than, 13 hours 20 mins. per 160 kms distance.
3. Successfully complete the ride(s) (as defined above) in the same time frame as the published Championship or CEI 4*.

Дата подачи предварительных заявок - не позднее 27 июля 2009.

Дата подачи именных заявок и квалификационных форм - не позднее 26 августа 2009. Необходимая квалификация должна быть выполнена в срок с 26 августа 2007 года по 26 августа 2009 года.

Дата подачи окончательных заявок - не позднее 21 сентября 2009.

Для участия в ЧЕ-2009 пара "всадник-лошадь" должна успешно закончить один международный пробег CEI на дистанцию 160 км со средней скоростью не ниже 12 км/ч.

Допускается раздельная квалификация. В этом случае:
а) лошадь должна успешно закончить один международный пробег CEI на дистанцию 160 км со средней скоростью не ниже 12 км/ч;
б) всадник должен успешно закончить один международный пробег CEI на дистанцию 160 км ПЛЮС два международных пробега CEI на любые дистанции, и все ТРИ со средней скоростью не ниже 12 км/ч.
